Outside School Hours Care (OSHC)
The OSHC Program provides quality before school and after school care and activities in a safe, relaxed, stimulating and well-supervised environment.
The Program operates in accordance with the requirements of the the Australian Children’s Education & Care Quality Authority (ACECQA) and the State Department of Education and Training (DET), guided by the National Quality Framework and Standards.
EEPS School Council has overall responsibility for the establishment and operation of the Program through a Committee of Management. We are committed to safety and well being of all children and young people.
We have zero tolerance for child abuse.
EEPS Outside School Hours Care is committed to providing a child safe environment where children and young people are safe and feel safe, and their voices are heard about decisions that affect their lives. Particular attention will be paid to the cultural safety of Aboriginal children and children from culturally and/or linguistically diverse backgrounds, as well as the safety of children with a disability.
OSHC Enrolment Process
New Families
If you are new to Eltham East OSHC, please click the Enrol button below to create an Xplor Home account and complete your child’s enrolment.
Existing Families
Families who already have an Xplor Home account can log in through the Xplor Home app to manage bookings, update details and view statements.
Returning Families
Families who have attended Eltham East OSHC previously but do not currently have an active booking will also need to complete a new enrolment through Xplor.
OSHC Enrolment Process
1. Click the blue Enrol button and complete the online enrolment form. The Enrolment link can also be found here: https://prodadmin.myxplor.com/enrollment_v2/centre/GO5p8AbOnidE890oelWfDg
2. Submit all required information, including:
medical information
immunisation details
medical management plans (if applicable)
3. Once submitted, the OSHC team will review your enrolment and contact you if any further information is required.
4. All direct debit and payment details are now securely managed through the Xplor Home app. Families are no longer required to complete a separate direct debit form.
Permanent Bookings
Families requesting ongoing Before School Care or After School Care bookings can submit their requested days during the enrolment process. Booking requests are subject to availability and waitlists may apply.
Casual Bookings
Once your child is enrolled, casual bookings can be requested directly through the Xplor Home app, subject to availability.
Please note:
Children cannot attend the service until the enrolment process has been completed and all required information has been provided.

Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) operates before school from 6:45am to 8:45am and after school 3:30pm to 6:30pm
