Global Connections

Eltham East Primary School has always had a lens on helping our students become global citizens.

The school has been involved in BRIDGE programs with the Asia-Australia Foundation, and had teacher visits and exchanges with schools in Malaysia, Thailand and India.

In our classrooms, we actively engage our students with an embedded curriculum with global perspectives.

In addition to our Japanese language specialist program we hold an alternating ‘Japanese Studies / Global Cultures’ day once a year to celebrate as a community.
